“Maleficent 3: Dark Fae” opens with the Moors in a fragile peace after the events of the previous film. Maleficent (Angelina Jolie) has embraced her role as protector, but a new threat emerges from the shadows: a powerful and mysterious Dark Fae queen named Seraphina (Megan Fox), who leads a hidden tribe of fae exiled centuries ago. Seraphina believes Maleficent’s alliance with humans has weakened fae-kind and seeks to reclaim the Moors, restoring fae supremacy at any cost.

Aurora, now Queen, tries to mediate peace, but Seraphina’s forces launch a series of magical attacks, plunging the Moors and neighboring kingdoms into chaos. As Seraphina’s dark magic spreads, Maleficent discovers that Seraphina’s power comes from an ancient artifact—the Heart of the Forest—which corrupts its wielder.

In a climactic confrontation, Maleficent and Seraphina battle in the heart of the Moors. Aurora, risking her life, intervenes and shatters the artifact, breaking Seraphina’s hold over her followers. Seraphina, freed from the artifact’s influence, is remorseful and agrees to a fragile truce. The film ends with Maleficent and Aurora reaffirming their bond, and the fae and humans beginning a new era of cooperation.
