Zack Snyder’s Justice League: Part 2 (2025) continues the epic conflict with Darkseid, following the events of the first film. As Earth descends into chaos, the Justice League suffers devastating losses, including the death of Lois Lane, which causes Superman to fall under Darkseid’s influence.

Batman leads a last-ditch resistance as the world descends into the apocalyptic “Knightmare” timeline, where Superman becomes a tyrant. In a desperate gamble, the Flash travels back in time to rewrite history—succeeding, but at the cost of Batman’s life.

In the reimagined future, Lois’s son, supposedly Bruce Wayne’s, dons the cape and cowl to become the new Batman, preserving Bruce’s legacy as Earth’s heroes unite to challenge Darkseid one last time.
