Synopsis: A New Forest, a New Threat
In Over the Hedge 2, the forest grows, but so does urban sprawl. The creatures now face an even bigger problem: the rapid expansion of a new luxury development that threatens to destroy their homes and livelihoods. Which is worse? Humans are becoming increasingly tech-savvy, using high-tech gadgets and environmental manipulation to make their lives more convenient, making it difficult for animals to survive.

The gang, led by the ever-scheming and opportunistic RJ (voice of Bruce Willis), the wise but grumpy Verne (voice of Garry Shandling), and the clueless but well-intentioned Hammy (voice of Steve Carell), must once again find a way to survive in a world that is increasingly stacked against them.

This time, however, they encounter a new character: Daisy (voice of Tiffany Haddish), a street-smart and no-nonsense squirrel who has recently moved to the area. She has street smarts and knows how to get what she wants, even if it means stealing a little from the humans.
